TOUR PLAN

Day1: Arrive Kochi

On arrival in Cochin, you will be met by our representative, transferred to your hotelandassistedwithcheckin.Enjoyadayofcompleterelaxationtakinginthediversityof a multicultural town. Cochin has been influenced by the Chinese, French and the Portuguese and you will find a wonderful mix of cultures. The area of Fort Cochin is excellent to enjoy early morning or evening walks and explore the city on foot. Over night stay at the hotel in Kochi.

 Day2: Kochi Sight seeing

After breakfast, proceed for a city tour of Kochi where you will visit the most popular attractions  like  Vasco DaGama Square, the Santa Cruz Cathedral Basilica, St. Francis CSI Church, VOC Gate, Bastion Bungalow, Jewish Synagogue, Mattan cherry Palace, etc. Learn how the locals cast the famous Chinese fishing nets. These nets were built with tea kand bamboo poles & work on the principle of balance. Records say these were established here between 1350 and 1450.Vasco Da Gama Square, with its narrow promenade, parallel to the beach is the best place to watch the nets down and pulled out of the sea For more cultural insights, spend some time in the evening to witness a classical dance drama. Day3: Kochi to The kkady (5Hoursdrive)

After breakfast, you will be driven to The kkady  through winding roads, tranquil countryside, rich plantations and thick jungles. The kkady (Idukki district) is where the Periyar National Park is located. If you’re lucky you will see herds of wild elephants that come down to play in the lake. It is a lso heaven for natural spices such as black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon and  clove ect. Over night stay at the hotel in The kkady

Day4: The kkady sight seeing

After breakfast at the hotel, get ready for a visit to the Spice plantation. Soak in the beauty of Nature wherein you can also see a variety of different bird species. This place is a treat for those who love photography. Your evening will end with a short evening boat trip at The Periyar Wild life sanctuary. Over night stay at the hotel in The kkady

Day5:The kkady to Munnar (4 hours Drive)

Enjoy breakfast at your own leisure before you drive to the beautiful hill station Munnar. Tucked away in sunny, tropical Munnar is a cool green paradise. Hidden away from heat and dust amidst the state’s finest tea plantations is Munnar. Set at an altitude of 6000 ft, Munnar is a breath takingly beautiful haven of peace and tran  quality and is undoubtedly one of the most wonderful hill stations of South India. Enroute to Munnar visit a local Tea Factory which is interesting and you can also meet a few local tea pickers before you enjoy a guided walk through the Tea Plantations, After Lunch Visit the Tea Museum, later check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure. Over night stay at the hotel in Munnar.

Day6: Munnar Sight seeing

After breakfast you will visit a local Tea Factory which is interesting and you can also meet a few local tea pickers before you enjoy a guided walk through the Tea Plantations. Followed by a visit to Kannan Devan Hills where you have panoramic views of Munnar Tea Estates & Munnar Lake, rest of the day is at Leisure at Hill resort in Munnar, Enjoy an Ayurvedic massage at the resort
Over night stay at the hotel in Munnar. Or take an optional visit to Rajamalai National Park. Eravikulam national park & Rajamalai national park is same which is closed from 5^th January till 5^th April every year, Instead of Rajamalai we can give them to Mattupetty for Elephant Spotting, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Munnar.

Day7: Munnar to Kumarakom  (5hoursdrive)

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Kumarakom, which is the heart of beautiful back water sand lagoons. The area is interlinked with hundreds of wind ingcanals, and typical low slung country boats that carry everything from people to fish, rice and coconuts to the milkman and newspaper boy.  On arrival, you will check-in at your hotel. Spend rest of the day relaxing. Sunset cruise in the evening from 17 00 to 18 00 hours. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kumarakom.

Day 8: Kumarakom to Alleppey Houseboat (1hourdrive)

Before departing to Alleppey visit the Kumarakom Bird sanctuary at 10 00 to 11 00 & depart to Alleppey  Houseboat Today you will enjoy the back water sony our very own private houseboat. After breakfast you will board your houseboat around 12:00 Noon and cruise through the beautiful maze of back waters. These houseboats are available in one or two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and come with a kitchen ette, an open lounge, deckhand three-crew member team-the oarsmen, a cook and guide. All meals will be served on board the houseboat. Overnight on board the houseboat.

Day9: Alleppey to Kovalam 180Kms

After you disembark the houseboat,you’ll then drive to your resort at Kovalam, featuring three beaches that make up one of the most popular coastal retreats in India. With time at leisure following your arrival, you can take a dip in the sea, spend time relaxing on the beach or explore one of the local villages to sample coconut beer– created from the many coconut trees to be found in the area. Day10: Kovalam

Full day is at Leisure at the beach resort or explore nearby beaches in Kovalam, visit a local market Overnight stay at the beach Resort in Kovalam.

Day11:  Kovalam

 Day12:  Kovalam to Trivandrum Airport(20Kms)

After breakfast, checkout from the hotel depending on your flight departure time & depart to Trivandrum International Airport, you will be transferred to Trivandrum International airport to board your flight back to home
